Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to prepare both physically and emotionally for birth. Strengthen what needs to be strong, learn to open and release in the pelvis, and practice breathing that will support you during pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
As a prenatal yoga teacher since 2016 and a certified birth doula since 2021, Iām here to help you feel more confident, calm, and connected to yourself.
I offer one-on-one and small group prenatal yoga sessions in Clinton Hill, in your home (Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens), or virtually.
